This package provides a rag-bag of routines that I and hopefully others have written for simple tasks that aren't provided in the Java distribution kit. No guarantees that there is much worthwhile here, but we welcome simple additions.
There may also be a few simple central objects which are base classes for other packages (e.g. BadFileException).
