Pros and cons:

- Course accessible ubiquitously (Lake Louise)
- Course read/writable by all (including students, who did!)
- Many students already have contributed to Wiki(pedia)
- Professional tools for creating chemistry of publishable quality
- Plagiarism Detection (History/digital repository date stamps)
- Expoes friendly-face of computational chemistry to "wet-chemists".
- Introduces modern publishing/data preservation practices to students
- Package now popular with graduate students for their PhD studies!
- Cons:
- Online presence essential (but OpenOffice to MediaWiki can be offline)
- Not Microsoft Office! (also a Pro!).
- Wiki longevity (difficult to delete material present from previous sessions)
- Need to hide some Wiki functionality (the discover tools)
- Lecture Course-lab integration requires instructors to abandon PPT/PDF and adopt Wiki.
