We ask anyone considering submitting a poster to send
a brief abstract by April 15th. Instructions on how to
prepare posters and submit abstracts are on
http://www.ch.ic.ac.uk/watoc/posters.html
Briefly, we prefer if you can use the electronic form available;
http://www.ch.ic.ac.uk/watoc/abstract-form.html
Alternatively, ftp your abstract archive to ftp.ch.ic.ac.uk in
directory watoc and inform us by e-mail. If the abstract is
text only, simply send it by e-mail to rzepa@ic.ac.uk
with the word WATOC clearly present as the first line of the
subject field (if this is missing, we cannot guarantee acknowledgement).
Abstracts will be refereed by a scientific committee. If accepted, you will
be asked to prepare a full poster. This can be mounted either on your own
server, or will be mounted at the WATOC site.
We also reserve the right to impose an upper limit on the number of
electronic posters we can accept.
