Clicks Right click for pop-up menu. Double click to view the structure in a separate window. Hydrogen labels In View or the pop-up menu, select the Show Hydrogens submenu to change the way H labels and atoms are shown. 3D rotation In View or the pop-up menu, check Animate to start, uncheck to stop continuous rotation.

Mouse drag and 3D To rotate the structure, drag it with the mouse (hold down mouse button while moving the pointer). To translate, zoom, or rotate the structure: right click for the pop-up menu, select Translate, Zoom, Rotate, or Rotate in 3D, drag the structure with the mouse. To translate without using the menu, press Ctrl while dragging. To zoom without using the menu, press Shift while dragging.
