To set the scene, cities in China have a lot of motorbikes. Electric ones. With their own speed units, a % of Panda speed. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ch.ic.ac.uk\/rzepa\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/image.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14671\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ch.ic.ac.uk\/rzepa\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/image.jpeg\" alt=\"image\" width=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Msny msny people ride bikes such as these; some even manage three passengers, or several boxes of shopping.
