Updates

Updates;
15/11/00 Updated the main ChiMeraL demo (on the opening page) to comply with the updated schema and use correct stylesheets. Also added Jumbo3.

21/9/00 Jumbo3 and CML-DOM moved to xml-cml site (ChiMeraL will stay at ic.ac.uk since it's so large). ChemInt2000 posters and talks posted to xml-cml.

7/9/00 Site completely rebuilt for transfer to http://www.xml-cml.org/chimeral (hopefully a permanent home). More documents have been added, as have the CML-DOM (0.1), Jumbo 3 (both from Peter Murray-Rust) and some work on docML (from me). We also have corrected CML examples and some new stylesheets.

16/5/00 Report completed using XHTML/CML - both an XML version and a PDF produced via FOP, are available (see sidebar).

16/5/00 Complete rebuild of site again - it now has a navigation bar! Also, new CGI script seems to work fine - converts mol, jcamp and rxn to CML (also new perl converters).

9/4/00 Total site makeover - new CML schema 0.2 (based directly on the DTD) containing all CML elements and attributes. Namespaces sorted out (spectrum and group hived off to chimeral:spectrum and chimeral:group). All CML examples, templates and demos corrected and rebuilt. Updated perl converters. Finalised molecule, chimeral:spectrum and reaction syntax - please see examples. Note, all examples previous to this date and now incorrect.

5/3/00 Updated the schema, sample files, perl and corrected the stylesheet fragments. Schema now includes support for id and link, and hence reactions. Also added links to the demos and a description of CML structure.

26/2/00 This page consists of a list of XML example files, XSL fragments and Perl converters. Its intended to act as an archive, giving examples of CML files and functional XSL. The XSL fragments aren't complete and are intended to be 'plugged into' a larger Stylesheet - see comments in the code. Please note the XML/JScript 'view' option won't work in anything other than Internet Explorer 5.x, however you can still download what you need using other browsers. Comments to karne@innocent.com
