A Shakespeare Play

Although a CML document can contain only elements described in the DTD, JUMBO is more tolerant and will attempt to display any Well-formed XML-compliant file. Jon Bosak has marked up Shakespeare's plays in such a fashion and this is an extract from Julius Caesar. (scene1.sgm) . The display on JUMBO is here:


This is what JUMBO provides without any special code. With a small amount of programming, it's possible to customise CML to support other DTDs - later I'll show how this is done for the PLAY DTD.
