A CML Glossary entry

Glossaries play a key role in CML as they are used to add semantics and other properties to elements such as XVAR and ARRAY. We have developed a system of linked hyperglossaries (see the Virtual Hyperglossary Project but it is not quite ready to be distributed on CDROM. As an example, here is an entry for Phenylalanine. The TOC shows the components of a single entry, including the ADMIN for creation and curation. The entry has several hyperlinks pointing from it but these have been disabled. (When enabled they point to molecular objects, entailed terms in the same glossary and hyperlinks to other glossaries (e.g. ISO 12620 terminology).

The entry is activated by clicking the 'G' symbol. In its enabled state it would have several clickable yellow arrows.
