Ph.D Work

My research was in Chemo/Bioinformatics Internet Resource Discovery , under the supervision of Dr. H. S. Rzepa.

M.Sc. Work

My research was on modelling class A G-Protein Coupled Receptors (GPCRs) and included molecular graphics, correlated mutation and sequence analysis and computer simulations. 6 research articles were published as a result of this work. Part of this project involved studying the role of domain swapping and dimerisation in GPCRs and the role of dimerisation and correlated mutations in MHC class II molecules.
